Tudor Banquet

An intimate Elizabethan manor and a Cornish gem, Trerice remains little changed by the advances in building fashions over the centuries, thanks to long periods under absentee owners. Today, the renowned stillness and tranquillity of Trerice is much prized by visitors. This silence is occasionally pierced by the curious lilts of Tudor music or shouts of excitement from the Bowling Green, bringing back some of the bustle and noise that must have typified its time as a busy manor house.

The year is 1573. Sir John Arundell has jsut completed the renovation of his family seat, Trerice Manor. He invites you to join him to feast in style at this unique banqueting experience.

The evening begins with a welcome by Sir John. Entertainment, comedy and song follow for the rest of the evening.

You'll enjoy a four-course meal, inspired by some Elizabethan culinary delights, with authentic revelry in the historic setting of Trerice barn.
