Knole, Lord Sackville's Private Garden Tour

A tour of Lord Sackville's private gardens, featuring sprawling lawns, a walled garden, an untamed wilderness area and a medieval orchard. The doors of Knole's Orangery open to reveal the secluded lawns of the 26 acre garden, which has existed since the 15th century.Highlights include views of the south front of the house, and the meandering paths and wild flowers of the wilderness area. In spring, visitors are treated to a glorious display of purple wisteria on the garden's western wall.
